According to PSI Nirmala Patil of Naupada police station, the girl was abused several times since November 2014 by accused Ganesh Wagh (24) and by one Ganesh Borde (40) following which she became three months pregnant.
The parents of the victim are dead and she lives with her aunt in Naupada, police said.
In November last year, when she was on her way to school, Wagh called her to a nearby food stall on the pretext of giving her breakfast and then raped her.
He also threatened the eighth grader that he would defame her if she revealed the incident to anyone.
Police said the duo have been charged under section 376, rw 34 and 506 of the IPC and also section 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act 2012.
