Two persons riding a motorcycle died after they were ran over by a dumper truck last night at suburban Malad, police said today.
The incident around 11.30 PM at Madh-Marve Road, when a speeding truck hit their motorcycle from behind near INS Hamla, an official said.
The duo, identified as Roshan Singh (23) and his friend Kiran Kharat (23), were rushed to a hospital by locals, where they were declared dead before admission.
Police have arrested the dumper driver for rash and negligent driving under various sections of the IPC, the official said.
