Fast Track Court ad hoc judge-II Sunil Kumar Chaudhary passed the order after finding Binod Khatbe and Rambha Devi guilty in the murder case of one Chulai Khatbe.
According to prosecution, the convicted persons had assaulted Chulai Khatbe in a locality under Chhatapur police station in 1994 and he died later in a hospital.
The convicted two, who had been out on bail, were sent to jail.
