Two held guilty in murder case, sentenced to LI

Two persons were sentenced to life imprisonment by a local court here for murdering a man.
According to prosecution, body of Jairam Prasad was found near a canal in Bheempura area in March 2010 and a named FIR was lodged against two persons Mangal and Umesh in this connection.
Based on the evidence, Additional Sessions Judge D P N Singh held the duo guilty yesterday and also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on each of the accused.
