"Adbul Lateif and Mandeep Singh were arrested from Dogra Chowk and 15 grams of heroin was recovered from their possession," a police officer said.
"Both the accused have been booked under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance (NDPS) Act," he added.
