The incident took place this morning in Jainpur Nagar and the deceased have been identified as Premchandra Pal (33) and Pratigya (4), Additional Superintendent of Police Karvanand said.
According to him, two children Suman (8) and Kishan (4) were injured and have been admitted to hospital and their condition is stated to be serious.
