Monu and Rohit have been arrested for killing Shibham on the night of February 7 after calling him out of his home in Ganga Vihar colony on some pretext, police said.
Shubham had gone missing on that night and his bullet-riddled body was found two days later from a room in forlorn area on Jalalpur-Asalatpur village link road, they said.
According to police, the duo has confessed that they killed Shubham over on "old enmity" and they have been booked under IPC section 302 (murder).
Both the accused have been sent to jail, they added.
