Two minors drown in water pit while bathing

Two minors today drowned in a water pit while taking bath in Delpura village under Dei police station area here, police said.
Both the deceased's name is Bunti - one 13-year-old and another 15-year-old, Sub-inspector at Dei police station Abdul Sayed said.
Locals took out the minors from the pit and send them to community health centre where they were declared brought dead, he said.
The bodies were handed over to the two families after post-mortem, the SI said, adding, a case under section 174 of CrPC was lodged in this connection and the matter is being investigated.
