Stating this, the Reserve Bank said their registrations stand cancelled and the NBFCs cannot transact the business of a non-banking financial institution.
In another statement, the central bank said it has cancelled certificate of registration of six other non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), including Gyanijay Tradecomm, Accurate Tracon and Navneet Vinimay.
The other three NBFCs whose registration has been cancelled are: Rahul Fintrade, S A Mercantile Commercial and Brindaban Holdings and Trading.
The RBI did not provide further details.
"The bank will continue to undertake regular banking business hereafter," the RBI said.
