In a joint operation by the army and police last night, NSCN(IM) terrorists were nabbed from a jungle near Lodi village at Haflong.
20 gelatin sticks, one 7.65 mm pistol, two live rounds of cartridges, 10 detonators and eight extortion collection receipts were seized from them.
The security forces said the insurgents planned to carry out sabotage activities in Haflong town in view of the forthcoming Independence Day celebrations.
