The incident took place last night when the truck, loaded with potatoes, was on its way from Uttar Pradesh to Madhya Pradesh and its driver suddenly lost control over the steering, they said.
The deceased were the truck's driver and attendant, police said, adding their whereabouts are yet to be ascertained.
The vehicle was stuck on stones piled up on the bank of Chambal river, they said.
