Two shot at over loan recovery dispute

Two persons were today shot at by some armed men over some dispute related to loan recovery, leaving them seriously injured in Nandgram area of the district, police said.
The incident took place this morning when the victims Jitender and Vishal were shot at their house by a money lender Ankit and his aides, they said.
Jitender took a loan of Rs 3.5 lakh from Ankit two months ago, failing of which led to a dispute between the two, police said.
Both the victims were hospitalised in serious conditions, they said, adding that efforts are on to nab the absconding accused.
