Two students allegedly ragged in elite education institute

Two students of the elite Marine Engineering Research Institute here filed a police complaint today alleging ragging by seniors.
The two first year students from Derhadun and Lucknow accused three senior students of the institute of harassing them mentally and physically.
"We have received a complaint of ragging by two students. No arrest has been made so far," Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Palla Kanti Ghosh bsaid.
The authorities of the institute said the anti-ragging committee was looking into the matter.
