Sima (18) committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling at Mubarikpur village in Muzaffarnagar last evening, they said.
In another incident, a 25-year-old woman killed herself in Jhinjhana town of Shamli district yesterday, they said.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem and investigations are underway into the reasons for suicide.
