According to police officials, the two youths were arrested from an area under Khatkhati police station in the district this evening.
The duo have been identified as Chishika Chisi and Viloto Kinky, police said.
"Of these two, Chisi is a Nagaland home guard personnel," the official said.
The police has recovered one .22 pistol with one magazine, one .32 pistol with two magazines, two mobile phone sets and one motorcycle from them.
