The "Rack City" hitmaker and his "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star girlfriend are seen visiting a local hospital in a new episode of "Kingin' With Tyga", reported Contactmusic.
"I think it's good to work with like a children's hospital and I've been doing it for the last couple of years and every year is just getting bigger and better. I meet more kids and put more smiles on kids' faces.
"It's a very humbling experience to really just touch somebody and make them feel great even though they're going through a lot. It just shows your how music transcends and it could be used as good."
"We brought you some gifts, some clothes, some headphones, speakers," he said.
