UN chief at Iraq camp urges more solidarity with Mosul people

UN chief Antonio Guterres called today from Iraq for greater international solidarity with the people of Mosul, who have faced years of jihadist rule and months of deadly fighting.
"These people have suffered enormously, and they go on suffering. We need more solidarity from the international community," Guterres told journalists during a visit to the Hasan Sham Camp for Iraqis displaced by the battle for the city.
