Local people found a big bag lying in the road at Upper Chalsa in Mal Block of the district, the sources said.
As nobody claimed the bag, the local people informed the police about the bag. Police went to the spot and cordoned off the area and informed the bomb squad.
The bomb squad has rushed to the area and scanned the bag with a scanner. After opening the bag they found clothes in it, the sources added.
