A 33-year-old unemployed man blew himself up in eastern China, killing himself, another person and wounding 24 others, the latest deadly action by a disgruntled citizen.
Xie Xingtang detonated the blast yesterday at a park in Heze, in the eastern province of Shandong, the official Xinhua news agency said, adding that three of the injured were in critical condition.
Disgruntled citizens have staged several deadly incidents in the country in recent years.
In June 2013, a street vendor set fire to a bus in Xiamen in east China's Fujian province, killing 46 passengers and himself in an act of retaliation against local authorities.
