Union leader of DLW factory shot dead

A bullet-riddled body of a union leader of DLW factory here was recovered in the residential campus of the facility, police said today.
The deceased was identified as TK Mukesh, a native of Jamalpur in Bihar. He was an employee of DLW factory and worked as fitter in its Central Vehicle Workshop here, the police officer said.
Mukesh was sitting in his car when six bullets pierced through his body, the police said. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead, they said.
The police said the investigation into the killing had begun and they are perusing the CCTV footage.
