UP: Former MLA's son shot dead in Muzaffarnagar
A former MLA's 22-year-old son was shot dead in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar district on Wednesday, police said.
Upendra, son of late Mool Chand, was shot at this evening on Bansundhara road in New Mandi area, they said.
The victim was rushed to the district hospital where he was declared dead, the police said.
The body has been sent for a post-mortem and an investigation is underway, they said.
