"It is a good suggestion to start live telecast of Assembly proceedings. Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is also in favour of it. But we should have discussion on it as our acts will be seen by the public. We have to see whether we are prepared for it. Budget is not the problem for this," Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mohammad Azam Khan said in Vidhan Sabha here.
The issue was raised in the Zero Hour.
However, Speaker Mata Prasad Pandey, said the Assembly did not have the budget to start its own channel on lines of Loksabha TV.
The state Assembly has witnessed several unruly scenes during the previous BSP, and the present SP-ruled government.
