In a function at his official residence here, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav directed officers to ensure that industrialists face no problems in investing in the state and get all facilities.
All kinds of help would be extended to industrialists in setting up projects in UP, he said.
In the function, Akhilesh handed over Letter of Intent (LoI) to seven developers for Solar Power Generation under Solar Power Policy of the state.
A MoU was signed between the UP Power Corporation Limited and the Lanco Babandh Power Limited to purchase around 425MW power for a period of 25 years.
Speaking on the occasion, the CM said the Agriculture Department has benefited the farmers by starting several important schemes in very short time.
Referring to the Bhoomi Sena scheme, he said it would not only enhance the agricultural production of the government but also improve the economic condition of farmers.
