A man, working as an accountant for an industrialist here, was shot at by unidentified attackers, police said Monday.
The incident took place Sunday night on the Bhagasinh road when Aman Bansal was returning home from an event, Station House Officer (SHO), Kotwali, Anil Kapervan, said.
He was admitted to a hospital in serious condition, the officer said, adding that a case was registered against unidentified persons.
Security was tightened in the area to thwart any untoward incident, the SHO said.
