Senior Uttar Pradesh minister Shivpal Yadav today said that strict action will be taken against leaders like Yogi Adityanath and Sadhvi Prachi, who are issuing "divisive" statements.
"Strict action will be taken against whosoever, be it Adityanath or Sadhvi, take law and order in his hand and issue divisive statements," Yadav, who was here to attend a marriage, said in reply to a question.
When asked whether the Samajwadi Party would seek the Aam Aadmi Party's support in 2017 assembly polls, Yadav said that everyone should unite to defeat communal BJP and pitched for a "united Lohia Parivar" to do the job.
