Wasim Alam Siddiqui, Shekh Shahabuddin, Ankit Kumar Kashyap and Shah Alam were arrested from different parts of Gorakhpur yesterday, SSP STF Amit Pathak told reporters here.
He said their name came to fore in a case of extortion of Rs 2 crore from businessman Shakil Ahmad last year for Shetty.
The accused had links in Bangalore, Manglore, Mysore, Bihar and Nepal.
