UP: Traders injured in monkey attack

Four vegetable traders were injured when a troop of monkeys attacked them at a market here, leading to a protest by locals who demanded district authorities to take stricter measures to curb the primate menace.
Arvind, Faisal, Raju and Chunnilal were injured after a group of primates attacked them yesterday near Jansath town here, police said.
The injured were shifted to hospital, they added.
Meanwhile, locals have demanded the district authorities to protect them from the monkey menace.
