UP truck loot: 3 of a gang of 6 arrested

Three members of a gang of six have been arrested in connection with the loot of a truck laden with 400 bags of milk powder worth lakhs of rupees, police said today.
Three persons were arrested yesterday, SP Ajay Pal Sharma said, adding 264 bags of milk powder were recovered from their possession.
The remaining three members of the gang are on the run, he said.
The truck was looted by armed assailants on Delhi-Yamunotri Highway in neighbouring Shamli district on February 28.
