Rajani Ranjan Rashmi, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, will inaugurate the conference, during which he will dstribute prizes to the winners of 10th edition of The Golden Leaf India Award, organized at Dubai in April last.
The conference would be preceded by technical sessions on Sept 8 in which chairpersons of various commodities would present the outlook of spices, coffee, tea and rubber, an UPASI press release said today.
