Panday also wrote a letter to the prime minister demanding security to him and his family.
Pandey, an Amethi resident and once close to Sharma, in his letter to PM claimed he has sufficient proof to prove his allegations.
Addressing mediapersons here Pandey said the copies of the letter (dated July 8) have been forwarded to Union Home Minister, National Human Rights Commission, Uttar Pardesh Chief Minister and DGP of the state.
"The government can inquire against me. Pandey's allegations against me are totally false and baseless. I will file defamation suit against him in this regard," he told PTI.
