Rapper Usher has reportedly been sued by a former nanny for her unpaid salary for looking after his two sons in December 2011.
His children's nanny Cecilia Duncan has claimed that the singer hired her as a part-time nanny to look after his two sons and her dues were not paid to her.
She alleged that she often worked over 40 hours a week and was never even paid overtime, reported Digital spy.
Her lawsuit states that Duncan spoke to Usher about her concerns in 2011 but the 34-year-old ignored her complaints for over a year.
She is said to have been fired in September without being paid overtime fees.
Duncan has sued Usher for wrongful termination, failure to pay wages, and other claims for unspecified damages.
Usher's representatives rubbished the claims of Duncan and termed them as "completely false".
