VA Tech Wabag bags Rs 250 cr project from BWSSB

Water treatment company VA Tech Wabag Ltd has bagged an order valued at Rs 250 crore from the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board.
The scope of the project comprises of design and construction of 90 MLD Waste Water Treatment Plant at Bellandur Amanikere, Karnataka,the Chennai-based company said in a statement.
The project is funded by Japan International Cooperation Agency, the company said.
The company is executing another waste water treatment project for BWSSB, also funded by JICA.
Wabag has been operating and maintaining five similar projects around Bangalore, the statement added.
