Hitting out at Pakistan for observing "black day" over the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani, various political, social and religious organisations today staged protests here.
Activists of Shiv Sena, Balrang Dal, Shiv Sena Hindustan (SSH), Dogra Front and Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP)heldseparateprotests as they raised anti-Pakistan slogans and burnt effigies of Pakistan holding it responsible for the ongoing turmoil in Kashmir valley.
Meanwhile, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarathi Parishad (ABVP) accused Pakistan of "misguiding" the youths of Kashmir.
"Pakistan is the factory producing terrorists for the world. It is the country who had actually misguided the youth of India to fight against their own country," State Secretary, ABVP, Varsha Jandial said.
