Ved Prakash new chairman of SCOPE

The apex body of central public sector units SCOPE today said Ved Prakash has been elected as its new chairman.
Prakash is also CMD of government-run trading firm MMTC Ltd.
R K Bahuguna has been elected as Vice Chairman of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE).
The new executive board of SCOPE will assume office from April 1, it said in a statement.
