VHP demands state to compensate shopkeepers affected in
"The VHP has appealed the state to compensate shopkeepers and others who suffered in the arson incident (in Rajouri district)," VHP state secretary Shakti Dutt Sharma said in a press conference.
Several shops were looted and damaged in the arson last week in Rajouri, following which the administration had to impose curfew for four days to restore normalcy.
He also demanded the authorities to arrest those guilty, who are still at large.
