Vice Admiral Bisht reviews maritime issue

Eastern Naval Command's head, Vice Admiral H C S Bisht, today reviewed maritime issues in West Bengal, officials said.
On his maiden visit to the city after taking over the command last month, the Admiral was received by the Naval Officer-in-Charge at Kolkata, Commodore Ravi Ahluwalia, at the Naval Base INS Netaji Subhash.
He met the functionaries at the base and carried out a review of all maritime issues in West Bengal, officials said.
He also called on the Governor of West Bengal, GOC-in-C, Eastern Command, and also interacted with the sailors of the naval base during the day.
