Videocon launches 'Double Benefit,Single Price' plan in Punjab

Videocon Mobiles Phones, a part of USD 6 billion Videocon Group, today announced to launch a scheme "Double Benefit, Single Price" in which customers in Punjab will get talktime value in addition to other value added services equivalent to the purchase price of select Videocon handsets.
The company is offering 600 free (local/STD/ISD) minutes monthly along with 2 GB free Internet data per month and 100 SMS by Videocon Telecom equivalent to Rs 1,000 per month, said Nikhil Garg, North Sales Head, Videocon Mobile Phones here today.
The offer will be applicable on Infinium smartphone series models including A55QHD, A55HD, A54, A53 and A51, he said.

On A55HD handset, which is priced at Rs 12,990, the company is offering value added services worth Rs 12,990 for 13 months, he said.
Similarly on A55qHD and A54, the company is offering VAS worth Rs 8,990 for 9 months. On A53 and A52, priced at Rs 7,990 and Rs 5,990 respectively, the services will be worth of their purchase price, he said.
The scheme is valid till August 31 and the company aims to sell 20,000 handsets with the scheme "Double Benefit, Single Price".
"Punjab is a very critical market for Videocon. Thus in an effort to provide best value to the consumer of Punjab we are introducing this scheme in this market. We have a strong distribution network in Punjab, and we will take this offer to the consumers via our robust network including leading retail outlets, Digiworld, Next and Videocon Connect stores," said Garg.
