Actor Vince Vaughn was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
The 48-year-old actor was arrested on Sunday morning in Manhattan Beach, CA -- about 30 minutes south of Los Angeles by Manhattan Beach Police Department, reported TMZ.
Vaughn and his passenger were stopped at the checkpoint around 12:30 AM, and asked to step out of the vehicle. They initially refused to get out, the police said.
