Visual IQ Wins Golden Peacock HR Excellence Award

Infopark based marketing attribution Software Company, Visual IQ, has won the prestigious Golden Peacock Award for HR Excellence.
The award is given to organisations that have achieved overall excellence in people management and HR practices, thus contributing to the needs of business, the profession, employees, industry and the nation as a whole, a press release said.
Visual IQ has been awarded in the "Special Commendations" category for best practices in human resources in the year 2014, recognising its impactful human capital strategies to be considered as a role model for others to emulate.
The Golden Peacock award honours people management practices and also sets new benchmarks to inspire other companies.

The awards jury was headed by former Supreme Court Judge and Chairman, Competition Appellate Tribunal of India, Justice Arijit Pasayat and other prominent industry leaders.
Government officials are also part of the selection process.

A total of 367 companies participated from India out of which 20 companies were conferred awards.
