Wanted criminal, 2 aides arrested

A wanted criminal and his two aides have been arrested after a brief encounter with police.
Police said Rahtash, facing several cases of loot, were arrested from Tarauli village under Chhata police station yesterday by a joint team of police and the Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT).
Police had earlier announced reward of Rs 14,000 on information leading to the arrest of Rahtash.
His arrested aides were identified as Chakleshwar and Naresh, Superintendent of Police (Rural) Aditya Kumar Shukla said. Two others gave police the slip.
Three country-made pistols and cartridges were recovered from them.
