Warm day in Delhi, max temp rises to 31.7

It was a warm day in the national capital with the maximum temperature rising to 31.7 degrees Celsius today, seven notches above the season's average.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 12.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal, a MeT department official said.
The humidity oscillated between 93 and 27 per cent.
The Met office has forecast clear skies for tomorrow.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 31 and 12 degrees respectively," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 29 and 10.1 degrees respectively.
