BJP worker Sunil Patil filed the case against Damania in a magistrate's court at Raver in Jalgaon district last year.
"The court had earlier summoned Damania, but she failed to appear. So the court today issued a non-bailable warrant against her and directed the Santacruz police in Mumbai to execute it," said Patil's lawyer Chandrajeet Patil.
Damania, a former Aam Aadmi Party leader, had levelled several allegations against Khadse when he was a revenue minister in the BJP-led state government. It included an allegation of illegalities in a land deal by his family at Bhosri in Pune, which forced Khadse to resign.
After the commission submitted its report to the government, reportedly giving a clean chit to Khadse, Patil filed a criminal defamation case against Damania.
