"Everyone knows that we never had a camp this time," Rasool said after their day one's proceedings in the group C match against Kerala at Bengal Cricket Academy ground.
"As a team I feel we are a bit short on practice. But that's fine. We have enough time in our hands to make up for this. The more matches we play the faster we would overcome this. We will be fine."
"The bowlers did well and not felt that we were new to bowling today. I hope the batsmen also click on this track," Rasool said.
Giving details about their preparation, he further said, "We had two days practice after coming here. I was playing Duleep Trophy so my preparation was fine. The rest were preparing on their own, afterall we all are professionals. We have to do it."
Jammu and Kashmir Media manager Rajesh Dhar, however, was guarded in his reaction and said, "All is well with team. Our preparation was much more affected because of flood earlier.
