Widow, paramour killed by relatives

A 30-year-old widow and her paramour were killed allegedly by her father-in-law and other relatives in Asohna village in the district, police said today.
Anita, whose husband had committed suicide about four years ago, and Shiv Kumar (30) were hacked to death in her house yesterday by four people, including her brother-in-law, police said.
Atul (9) son of the widow, who was in the house at the time of the incident, later told police that his grandfather and uncle had killed his mother.
On a complaint by Sita Devi, wife of Shiv Kumar, police reached the spot and found the bodies.

The father-in-law is also the pradhan of Asohna village, police said.
An FIR was lodged against four people, of whom one was taken into custody while the rest were absconding, police said, adding that efforts were on to trace the remaining accused.
