The 'Scream and Shout' hitmaker wants to strike up a new line of summer events around the globe with his band - made up of Fergie, Taboo and apl.De.Ap, reported Daily Mirror.
"I go to YouTube to hear music and it's there streaming, for free. Very few artists have made money by selling records. I am trying to figure out how to make a Black Eyed Peas festival in every country. I want one in Brazil, France, Japan and the UK and South Africa and Asia," he said.
"I had a label over in America and I thought, you know what, I want to base my label out in the UK, because I like this place, it's fresh. Why was I making music in America when it succeeds first in the UK? That's dumb. I've got a global perspective, thinking global and acting local.
