Woman, daughter struck by lightning in J-K

A woman and her daughter were today injured after being struck by lightning at a remote village in Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district, police said.
Sapadu Devi (45) and her daughter Sangeeta (19) were hit by lightning near their house in Ganote village and suffered burn injuries, the officials said.
The injured women were taken to the Ramban District Hospital and are being treated there, the official said.
Condition of both the injured was stated to be "stable", the official added.
