The incident took place early in the morning when an auto-rickshaw driver came to the Vasant Vihar Police Station with his vehicle in which the woman was seated.
The driver complained that the woman was neither paying him the fare nor was she stepping out of the three-wheeler, a police official said.
The woman, later identified as Reena, a native of Nepal who stays here at a rented room in Munirka, was also allegedly verbally abusing the auto driver.
She even allegedly bit one of them on the palm.
Other officials soon rushed to their rescue, following which Reena was taken for a medical examination.
Doctors later confirmed that Reena was heavily drunk, the official said, adding that she has been arrested under charges of obstructing and assaulting public officials on duty.
The police are still trying to contact her friends and relatives.
