Woman killed, four injured in road accident in Baran

A 35-year-old woman was killed and four others including a minor boy sustained injuries after the two motorcycles collided on Wednesday near Govindpura village in the neighbouring Baran district, the police said.
The injured were rushed to a government hospital from where they were referred to the Maharao Bheem Singh (MBS) hospital in Kota.
The body of the woman was handed over to the family members after postmortem today noon, the police said.
The deceased woman was identified as Kailashbai, a resident of nearby Sakha village, officials at the Chipabarod police station said.
Cross cases on the reports by the two parties involved in the mishap have beene lodged and investigation is underway, the police said.
