allegedly raped by a man in her husband's presence at an under construction house at Ahilya Nagar here in the wee hours today.
Vinod alias Vikku (22) was nabbed by a police patrol team when the woman cried for help, Annapurna Thana in-charge Kamlesh Sharma said.
A minor accomplice of Vinod, who held off the woman's husband at sword-point during the incident, fled, police said.
The woman and her husband are construction labourers who also worked as guards at the site.
Vinod has a criminal past with a few cases registered against him, police said.
