The incident took place yesterday when the woman, Namrata of Nagle Kewal village, withdrew some money from the bank and three motorcycle-borne miscreants snatched her bag, containing Rs 98,000 in cash and a gold chain and ring, police said.
An FIR has been filed in this connection against three accused, police said.
No arrests have been made so far.
Former MLA Shishupal Singh Yadav accused the police of negligence and said the police failed in their job of protecting the people.
